The hotel has a solid location, being conveniently attached to the mall, which is a real bonus. While the rooms did have some cleanliness issues, the indoor water park was a fun surprise, especially for the kids. However, there were significant maintenance concerns that really brought down our experience, particularly with the cleanliness and functionality of the facilities.

During my recent stay, I faced significant cleanliness issues and a lack of upkeep in the rooms, making my experience quite disappointing. However, some staff members were notably attentive and made efforts to provide a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is clearly in need of maintenance and could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. The location is decent, but the overall condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired.

Our stay was convenient since the hotel is directly connected to a large mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining. The rooms were decent and cleanliness was mostly up to par, although noise from kids and hallways was quite bothersome. The breakfast left something to be desired, particularly on the second morning when expectations were clearly not met. Overall, while we enjoyed the pool and family-oriented amenities, the dining experience and noise issues made it less than ideal for us.
